My review:

I thought it was a little strange that the book is targeted towards women when it is written by a man. He starts off the book talking about a project he is doing in conjunction with Oprah and how this was the perfect time to write this because it has been on his mind for a while. The project was 30 "successful" women who had jobs in the workforce who were just not satisfied and happy with their lives anymore. He talks a lot in the first part of the book about how women get more dis-satisfied with life as they get older.

This book did not teach me anything new and I did not agree with a lot of things he talked about. I did not walk away feeling like a new woman. I felt it was a very self-centered book and there was no emphasis on Christianity or a persons relationship with God. I don't think I will be reading any more of Mr. Buckingham's books.
